That nagging feeling….

That Nagging Feeling...

You have been a manager or entrepreneur for some time now or thinking to become one. You work hard to achieve your targets and you have a steady income, yet you feel like you are on a constant rollercoaster that rides from stress to success and then back again… It’s like one step forward, two steps back.

Do you have that nagging feeling that there is so much more potential in yourself and your company waiting to manifest?

Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't let the opinions of others drown out your own inner voice. And most importantly, have the courage the follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.

You may question what your life or business might have been like if you had taken a different path. Being an entrepreneur, you may wonder what it really takes to make a difference with your business. Being a corporate manager, you may be tired of the corporate world and consider to start your own business to pursue your own vision rather than someone else’s.

You’re definitely not alone in having these feelings. Many managers and entrepreneurs are asking themselves the same questions at some point in their life:

  • Is management only about hitting targets or is it something more?
  • My business is stagnant, I’m only chasing for clients with little results…
  • Am I chasing money or am I creating a legacy here?
  • Is this all there is? What’s next?
  • On the last day of my life, how would I look back? Regrets? Fulfilment?
  • How can I create a truly memorable business with a powerful brand?

These questions can linger on for quite a while, often followed by the condition IF ONLY … [ fill in your reasons NOT to do it ]

Your Comfort Zone Is Holding You Back

Your comfort zone is a kind of hidden suffering. It is inertia that continues persuading you not to move on to the next step, that “good enough” is enough, and that risk and change are both scary.

The actual root cause of being stuck in your comfort zone is fear.

Transformational Leaders can break out of their own comfort zone to pursue something far bigger than themselves. What they’re actually doing is breaking free from fear. You only get clarity of your purpose if you can look beyond fear. You can only realise your vision if you act inspite of fear.

At the end of the day if you do something you love, and truly believe in then that will be the biggest motivator and pulls you through every situation. No matter the odds, no matter the adversity. To achieve remarkable results is to conquer yourself.
