Meet Dennis Akkerman MBA, the visionary founder and managing director of Orbis Business School. With over two decades of experience in Transformational Leadership, Dennis has emerged as a distinguished senior consultant, coach, trainer and captivating speaker on the global stage spanning more than 25 countries.

Debbie Pozzobon MBA
Debbie is a passionate leader who believes in collaboration and the creation of an environment that fosters creativity and the development of high performance teams.
It is her humble opinion that knowledge transfer to transform leaders is the only way to create a meaningful and sustainable impact for ourselves and for our children.
Debbie has over 20 years of corporate communication, deal assessment and negotiation skills, and her industry experience spans Software Development/ Digitisation, Media, International Finance, Education, and Outsourced Services.
She has an MBA from The University of Buckinghamshire (UK), a BComm (SA) and is a Certified Associate of the Institute of Bankers.

Metesh is a qualified Chartered Accountant with 30 years’ experience in Finance & Project Management. He has had exposure to all areas of accounting, financial processes, risk, and project management. He has managed Transformation, Transition, Process Improvement & SAP Implementation Projects. Industry exposure include Financial Institution, Shared Service, O&G, Manufacturing, FMCG and Telecommunication.
His career has predominantly been with MNCs exposing him to multi-culturalism and ability to engage with people across dimensions and backgrounds. He has an innate ability to bring out the best in people and breaking down complex issues to manageable bytes.

Hari Ramalu PhD
Dr. Hari Ramalu is a seasoned expert with 25+ years of experience in sustainable development management and policy across Malaysia and the Asia Pacific region.
Dr. Hari has advised organizations such as the UNDP, World Bank, USAID, UNIDO, UNEP, and ADB in various countries on climate change and ecosystems management, with a focus on involving communities, the private sector, and local governments in Sustainable Development Goals (SDG). He previously served as a Programme Manager for 15 years at the UNDP and is well-versed in corporate sustainability, Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) frameworks, and holds certifications as an HRDCorp trainer and a Certified Expert in Sustainable Finance (CESFi).
Dr. Hari actively participates in sustainability-focused associations and committees. His expertise in climate change, SDGs, and corporate sustainability makes him a valuable addition to our team as we continue to champion sustainable development in the business world.

Richa is a certified facilitator, trainer, and an engaging speaker with more than 16 years of work experience. She is passionate about making positive and sustainable change through training and developing audience-centric content. She has worked with many Fortune 500 companies and has notable success in collaborating with participants globally, across industries & with diverse skillsets to deliver highly interactive training virtually and in face-to-face sessions.
Having begun her career at IBM, she has vast exposure to global stakeholder management and project management. Richa specialises in Leadership Development, Manager Development and Organisation Development.
